After receiving the medical report, SAMCI services together with surgeon’s team work out a diagnostic and treatment project with an estimation of its cost as precise as possible. After the patient’s payment, SAMCI sends him/her a hospitalization certificate with medical visit’s dates.
Once arrived in France, SAMCI services take care of the patent from the airport till his/her arrival in the medical institution chosen by SAMCI. From hospital beds till meal choice, we focus our efforts on client’s comfort and satisfaction. Beside the regular medical care supplied by the hospital staff, a representant of the company will come every day in order to look after the realization of the medical project as well as to give moral support to the patient. Indeed, to be hospitalised in a foreign country far away from one's family may be a confusing experience, that is why we're permanently ready to give support and encourage our patients.
One week after the hospitalization the patient will receive a medical invoice in order to be presented to the health insurance company.

Administrative formalities to be fulfilled

Every patient who wants to get medical care in France should provide all necessary documents and meet financial conditions.
Every patient who applies for medical care in French medical institutions must:

• Submit doctor's report.

This report will be analysed in order to establish a project of the future medical services and its invoice.

• Acquit the total invoice amount before the hospitalization.

Indeed, according to the French legislation, the certificate for hospitalization cannot be delivered before the payment. This certificate should be submitted in French Consulate while applying for medical visa.
